“Excellent in regards to communication , ordering and receipt . On receipt Various packs were found to have broken tiles and manufacturing defaults, forcing me to order further tiles and delivery costs . I have advised Total Tiles but awaiting a response”

“Good selection of tiles available. I ordered the Barnwood porcelain floor tiles (which will look terrific when fitted). Good pricing and fast delivery. First time that I have purchased from this company and would have no hesitation in doing so again”

“I ordered a sample tile, as I am trying to match a wooden floor. The sample was dispatched very quickly, and was extremely well packaged. Unfortunately not the match I had hoped for.but great service.”

“We ordered a couple of sample tiles, which were dispatched post haste and arrived in a timely manner. The tiles were very well wrapped in bubble- wrap and secured in a sturdy cardboard box. Should we decide to improve instead of move we will definitely order the tiles from these guys. I would recommend Total Tiles without hesitation.”

“The tiles are beautiful and of top quality and style. I was able to order all the cement and grout at the same time and a handy online tool tells you how many times to order. The delivery went smoothly with the delivery people keeping me informed of delivery times. The only downside is the delivery cost £35 which I think us very high for an online order.”
