“The sample was delivered quickly and was well packed. Unfortunately the tile, "Heritage Parquet Wood Effect Floor Tile", was very disappointing. It just looked like a photograph of a parquetry floor, very glossy and with no texture, giving a pretty naff look.”

“I ordered some very similar but not quite matching tiles online. Whithin minutes i had a sales representative on the phone checking i was aware they didn't quite match. I call that excelent personal service! Tiles were delivered well packaged and on time. Would definately recommend.”

“The tile arrived on time and was wrapped really well so no damage but the colours weren’t as strong and defined as in the photo so I won’t be purchasing for the full floor.”

“Better that Tops Tiles by far- ordered the items after the phoning to get a better idea od the texture and finish on an 80x80 tile. Salesman sent me photos of 2 for comparison purposes- and this was after the store had closed for the day. Goods arrived on time- very happy for once!!”

“Brilliant service from Total Tiles, unfortunately due to the £45 delivery charge and only wanting 12 sq mtrs this made it uneconomical for us to purchase the full order which i wished we realised prior to ordering samples. There are no cheaper delivery options so we have purchased locally which although the sq mtr price is higher the overall cost was less.”
