“Written after delivery but I have not opened each pack and checked individual tiles. The ordering was simple. Payment likewise. Communication by email was quick and clear. My interactions with the helpline staff (Jack and Tony) was positive, friendly and the information provided accurate and clear. Delivery driver was friendly and made the effort to despatch as close to my door as he could. I used Total Tiles before for my kitchen floor, these tiles are for my hall floor. If I ever need tiles again no prizes for guessing where I will go for them!”

“I ordered some samples which arrived in cardboard packaging and many layers of bubble wrap which I was impressed with. The quality of the tiles is excellent and they are the cheapest I could find on line. I have made my selection and will be ordering for two bathrooms.”

“I ordered 2no sample tiles from TotalTiles, and I received them on the day I selected and they were well packed. I was also emailed to keep me informed of my order. I will be placing an order with Total Tiles in the next few days. I would recommend them to anyone, as the pricing is very competitive and the quality is very good.”
