“The tiles are excellent. I wanted to leave a review specifically for the delivery driver - who brought everything on a pallet. - their service was outstanding and everything was done well, no breakages and on time.”

“I ordered a sample tile from Total Tiles and was amazed by not only the cost (less than the single tile price) but the free postage, super protective packaging and super fast delivery. This was a full size 60cm square tile that gave me an excellent visual of how they would suit my hall. An excellent service.”

“Ordered tiles for my new kitchen at very short notice. COP26 couldn’t stop them from being delivered promptly, even when other companies said they couldn’t/wouldn’t do it. Special shout out to Martin who went above and beyond; firstly confirming the delivery day and then checking a more precise ETA on the day! 👏. Would recommend”

“Ordered 2 sample tiles as could not decide which ones I liked extremely quick delivery and excellent packaging to ensure no breakages. Am definitely buying my tiles from them now I have chosen the ones I want as they are much cheaper here but exact same as I’d seen in a local tile shop”

“Best thing is receiving, very promptly, more than one full size tile and not some silly weeny little sample. This makes it far easier to make a choice and thereby get the floor tiles you really want! Communication was good and products are fairly priced. Would recommend Total Tiles.”

“I have given 4 stars , but have had a very mixed experience. The initial part of choosing and selecting was perfect. Staff always helpful , knowledgeable and patient too. We paid for the whole batch of tiles up front so we could confirm enough stock and thought this meant batches too as this had been mentioned. The second part was quite poor. When it came to our order, very disappointed to be advised that there were not enough tiles in one batch to complete our area. A lot of further discussion and some very mixed communication, to avoid saying a mistake had occurred followed, even telling the delivery driver we were on holiday for 2 weeks! All very stressful We have received the tiles however on time, but in 2 lots of batch numbers so do be aware when ordering tiles in large numbers , this can happen. We were lucky enough to be able to have an area where if there is a mismatch shouldn’t be seen. Not quite what I expected though.”
