“Excellent service, staff very knowledgeable. Having no experience of buying tiles we were given great advice as to what tile we needed. Delivery also prompt & efficient. Would recommend.”

“My way of rating a company is ‘would I Go back to them for future purchases’? The answer is definitely YES. This company went unbelievably out of their way to ensure positive customer satisfaction. Delivery was punctual with up to date notifications, I had a few chipped tiles that were replaced without question and so pronto. Definitely someone worth trading with!”

“Easy online purchase with confirmation following my delayed delivery request. Follow up email to inform me delivery was due out in requested date, called to see what actual ETA was and staff were really helpful. Only gripe is the 650x230 tiles had a bow in the middle some more than others, I have had this with other tile brands so guess it’s a common fault. I’d say total tiles is value for money and offer great customer service, I would recommend.”

“Total tiles have saved us! We ran out of tiles and everywhere in the country was sold out. We rang and spoke to Martin. The tiles we needed were out of stock online but he went into the warehouse and found some spare. He even made sure they were the same batch as what we had been using. Shipped out within the hour. Top customer service!”

“Wow! What an incredible range of beautiful tiles at really competitive prices! Excellent customer care and felt really Covid -safe with the rules and procedures they had in place. Will definitely be going back to order floor tiles for the downstairs of my house as the choices they have are fantastic and it will be a very cost effective way of replacing my worn out laminate flooring. Can’t praise this place enough 😁”

“Outstanding service would not go anywhere else for tiles or under floor heating. Really help, friendly and look after their customers. Replaced an item for free even thou not they fault. It was fitted wrong. Would highly recommend.”
