“Very good service and price. Unfortunately a few tiles were broken in transit, Total Tiles immediately offered to replace or refund. The tiles chipped along the edge during cutting (even after replacing blade) but I believe this is common with porcelain tiles, however were able to sand down the rough edges.”

“Bought tiles ahead of needing them. Total tiles kept them until I called to ask for delivery. Delivery driver very helpful despite access being difficult due to the weather. Altogether a good experience.”

“Tiles were exceptional quality for the price, none whatsoever were damaged in the packaging either. Lose a star because of their ridiculous delivery system - whilst I understand that this is the same from a lot of other companies. I needed 200 tiles which is around 4 and a bit boxes of the specific metro tile I was after, but they charged me £35 for pallet delivery. The tiles themselves cost just shy of £50 so I feel a duty to raise how nonsensical that is. Still, very happy with the tiles themselves and purchasing was a doddle.”

“Not only are the tiles Very Good but the delivery was on time, " and kerb side delivery" not at all, the driver took them straight into the garage on his pallet little loader. Only laid down half of the load so far, but I must say how well they had been packed and wrapped for transport. I think that this company takes pride in what they do, and will definitely use them again.”

“I was really impressed with the speed the tiles were in these unknowing times. The delivery driver arrived but was unable to get to outside my place. He was still able to move the tiles from the lorry to mine, as he had the devices to do so....amazing!! I haven't been able to check all the tiles yet but there seems to be no real damage or breakages. Really nice quality tiles, at a really reasonable price. What more can you ask for?! Definitely would recommend these guys.”
