“I haven't laid my tiles as yet but when I ordered them the lady on the phone was very helpful and informative and they arrived as they said and gave me not only the date but the delivery man contacted me within the hour of delivery.”

“I had almost given up looking for a dark brown, wood effect porcelain tile, then found TT & Alpes Wenge Dark Wood effect, that I ordered for my Study. The process was simple, though I did find pop ups irritating because it masked the order updater. The delivery arrived a few hours late, but it was no real problem, my floor I found was uneven so I had to do levelling. Now the tile is down I am so glad with the effect, I had thought about gloss, but am pleased I bought the more realistic non glossy, so much so I have ordered more of these tile for flooring Reception Rooms 1 & 2, though in lieu of 5 mm spacers, I will use 2mm or 3 for a more realistic effect. So far excellent, keep it up.”
