Hi Laura Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and it's great to hear you're happy with your sample tile. We offer delivery for up to 1,000 KG of tiles to most areas of the UK for only £25.00. However as you need delivery to Northern Ireland, the cost does jump up considerably I'm afraid. The journey between our location in the South East of England and yourself requires moving a pallet of tiles around 500 miles including a 2 .5 hour ferry across the Irish Sea! The £100 we quoted you is already a subsidised cost although we'd be more than happy to have your order ready for collection at our Ipswich based warehouse if you'd like to arrange your own transport. “First time buyer and the order was not a big one, however Total tiles were great part of my order did not arrive, I phoned, they phoned back and Johnathan put it right in no time. Sometimes things do go wrong Total tiles looked after me and I’m grateful. Good prices and a good company. Thanks”

“Ordered a couple of sample floor tiles, great service, arrived very quickly, and in perfect condition. Would recommend this service, as we couldn't see the tile first hand. there is a huge choice out there on the internet, so pays to see the tile in advance. would recommend the company.”

“Have received a few tile samples, all arrived within 48 hrs and packaged well. When we contacted customer service for some advice, they answered our questions within a couple of hours. Can not fault this company so far.”

“The tiles ordered are brilliant, but more importantly the service is second to none. Some of the tiles delivered were damaged, they were replaced without question very quickly and an apology given even though the damage was outside of their control, I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.”

“At the moment, i have had 5 samples. excellent service there- speedy service, well packed. Tiles - great quality, I love one set of complimentary tiles. honestly, the delivery charge for my small delivery for 12m sq is my only stumbling block to making the booking. I'm really impressed, even with the website. thanks.”

“I am in love with my tiles. Couldn’t source what we were looking for locally so went online. Saw the tiles we liked but were hesitant about buying online. Total tiles were really helpful and sent us a sample the next day. We ordered and delivery was quick with no problems. I would buy again from Total Tiles without hesitation and would highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone who has seen them absolutely love them.”
