“My first lot of tiles were really good only a few was broken phoned up and they sorted it straight away but this time. I Ordered 174 tiles and every single one was badly scratched so phoned up and was told to send photos of the tiles, so I did then I heard nothing back for 4 days, phoned up again to be told someone will call me back and guess what it's been a week and still no call back”
