“Not had a full order yet but the if the samples are anything to go by then our order will shortly be following. The samples were dealt with very promptly, they were well packed and the quality is very good. CAN'T WAIT TO PLACE OUR FULL ORDER. 😀”

“We have used Total Tile twice now and each time the customer service has been excellent. Some tiles in one delivery were damaged in transit but they were replaced in 2 days. Can't fault them and will be using them again in the future. Thank you Total Tiles for your service.”

“The quality of the tile itself was very good. I think, however, the wrong one was sent. It was not black, more milky mocha and had no ingrained pattern as shown in the picture. Sorry :(”

“I haven't laid them yet, so not sure how easily they will cut and go down...but the service was really good, they arrived on time, I got a call from the driver one hour before to ensure I was in, he was really pleasant and did his best to get the pallet as close to the house as he could, and the delay between ordering and them arriving was minimal...only a couple of days....so, so far I am really pleased.”

“They said they will price match and give a further 5% off too if I produce a full quotation. No one gives a quotation to say they are more dearer than someone else. Even though I showed them a quote slip on a headed complimentary slip that they were dearer but wouldn’t accept it. I ended up paying more and travelled to TT from far too.”

“Recently purchased my second lot of tiles from Total Tiles in Ipswich. Really happy with the quality of the tiles, the staff at the store are really helpful and friendly. No complaints m, no issues, 10 out of 10 !!”

“Order arrived exactly on time and was just as advertised. Good value for money. Unfortunately some of the tiles had been damaged in transit. Called and was instructed to send photographs, sent these straight away and the damaged items were replaced with no quibbling only a few days later. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.”
