“Simply best company. Ordered few.samples and one was broken. I asked refund and was done immediately. Really good communication. Extremely fast delivery and communication is excellent. The tiles porcelain tiles were absolutely beautiful and quality is impeccable! This is the second time ordering from this company and each time they have not disappointed. Their price is also brilliant. The only thing that hurts the pocket is the delivery price which is s bit high especially when ordering over 54 meter square. I would highly recommend this company and big thank to all of them.”

“Good service should be the norm. Sadly that is seldom the case, so it was with some delight, and relief, to experience the way Total Tiles dealt with us. Having found online tiles we were interested in, we noticed the offer of a Sample Service. For just £1.99 a large tile sample was sent to us the next day - superbly wrapped and protected in a large box. We needed to look for something else and requested a second sample - the same quick and efficient delivery. Having decided that this was a company we’d prefer to deal with, we decided to make a 120 mile round trip to buy the tiles we wanted. No surprise to find that the same excellent level of service applies when you visit the store. Brilliant. Thank you. (PS we took the first sample tile back with us just out of goodwill - they insisted on refunding the £1.99).”
