“We found Totaltiles to give excellent customer service. Fast delivery. We are very pleased with tiles. Some were damaged on arrival due to the pallet taking some kind of impact, but contacted Totaltiles (Jonathan) via email and once he had the photos showing the damaged tiles,he expedited replacements for them. Fast delivery. Brilliant. Very professional.”

“So far have only ordered samples but TT were friendly and very helpful indeed. We had not realised how rough the textured tiles would be and it is quite expensive to buy more. We are just thinking it over at present but cannot fault TT - prices and service seem excellent.”

“Easy to make the initial purchase. The delivery arrived on time. One entire box was found to be smashed after we unpacked them, however a quick call and sending them a photograph, they delivered the very next day a replacement box. Great all around = price and delivery and customer service = they deliver as they promise.”
