“Unfortunately we received a sample that not showed the pattern. We’ve ordered the marble effect tile and all we got was a white tile.”

Hi Marlenka Thank you for purchasing a sample of the White marble effect matt porcelain tile, I can confirm this tile has approximately 7 different screens / patterns which are randomly mixed within the boxes. It appears you have received one of the screens which has the least amount of marble pattern, we are more than happy to dispatch another tile with more pattern free of charge if this helps. “So far only samples purchased however very fast dispatch and delivery Tiles will be purchased from Royal Tiles in the near future as and when our builder is ready Can’t believe the excellent prices too Just can’t wait to place our orders”

“I ordered 2 samples both of which arrived the following day. I was expecting pieces of tile but in fact go the whole tiles - made it much easier to decide. Good price and great tiles - would definitely use Total Tiles again.”

“The tile I ordered was a sample to get a better look at,me personally would have ordered them for our kitchen as I thought they were perfect but my other half thought they was to much orange in them. The delivery was quick and on the day they said,I think they would have complimented our new kitchen perfectly.”
