“good customer service and communication as changed size but no problem, .blinds good quality but fabric looser weave than i was expecting and lets more light through than i had hoped but designs on material lovely and colours as expected”

“Quick and easy to order. Had a call the next day to inform me that the adhesive I chose wasn't suitable, so they advised me on a suitable one and they covered the difference along with a grout colour to match. Also as I was doing as a DIY job, they gave helpful advice on laying the tiles. Delivery date was as selected.”

“as a tradesman I couldn't believe the quality of the tiles I received, well packed and not one broken tile (which you normally expect 1 or 2) ordered at 2.30 pm and had them next day by 11 am . fantastic communication . will be using total tiles again as well as recommending them to my customers thanks”

“I ordered Splitface tiles online and when I received the order there was 26 tiles damaged. I fully understand that it would have happened with the courier as every box was opened slightly obviously to check the order before it left. I contacted customer service to inform them of the problem,they were very swift to deal with the problem and sent more out. By the time I’d finished the job an extra 5 were slightly damaged. I contacted them again and they sent more out. I would just like to thank them for a truly first class customer service and will not hesitate to use them again. A very happy customer 👌”
