“I bought the metropolitan matt porcelain tiles - they look fab. My tiler said he expected I paid sixty pounds per metre - I paid just under thirteen pounds. Quality is amazing and I so pleased with the finish. kitchen units still going in but i will send photo once finished”

“Ordered sample tiles which were delivered promptly. Quality tiles received and we ordered tiles for a large kitchen. Ordered tiles via phone and Total Tiles rep was helpful and gave advice. Tiles received within 2 days to North East, with delivery driver moving tiles into our garage without need to move these ourselves. Tiles have now been laid and look great. Very happy and would recommend and use Total Tiles again.”

“I found the tiles I had bought the week before in a tile store at more than half the price at Total Tiles. The P&P rules were a bit confusing but when I contacted Total Tiles they immediately explained and corrected the mistake. The tiles arrived when they said they would and were exactly what I had ordered. Great value. Will use Total tiles again.”

“Very happy with the Total tiles, the samples came through quickly and as a result we placed a large order. The tiles were really good quality and very reasonably priced, this came after an extensive search for tiles both locally and on the Internet. Only grumble was around the delivery, but that issue was based with the courier and not Total tiles. Thanks guys”

“Helpful before and during delivery - contacted all day to advise delivery. When arrived - Neatly & securely packed - friendly and helpful driver who went out of way to ensure we did not have too far to carry tiles into house. Would recommend service and tiles look excellent quality”

“Excellent company to deal with, they are courteous, helpful and efficient with advice, ordering and delivery. The sales team are all really pleasant to talk to and go the extra mile. “Excellent tiles at a great price. The first delivery was broken before delivery and they were straight on the phone to advise me and arranged a new delivery for the next day.”

“Excellent experience of ordering from Total tiles. There was a slight variation in tile colour because of different batches, they spotted this themselves and alerted me. The outcome was I ended up happier than if there had been no issue to start with!”
