“Got 90 x 1.2x.6m tiles. Came on 2 pallets. Had a safety notice on how to unpack the pallet. Non of the tiles had any damage. To me the service and delivery was excellent. Would recommend the company to anyone and plan on using them again.”

“Short on delivery but that getting sorted . But my fitter said best tiles he ever used and a past total tiles info onto him and the price and fast delivery was still cheaper than buying at my local .so I recommend total tiles great help ,very good prices ,good quality. Even my fitter is buying from them what is that telling you give credit when credit is due Total Tiles is and will be my first line of purchase”

“Really impressed! Great value, lovely tiles. However, for me what made a difference was how easy it is to order a sample. all the details come on a sticker fixed to the tile as well and next day delivery. Then I ordered the actual tiles it was easy to put in the metre squared and they actually delivered a day early! Really impressed! Thanks!”

“Easy website to navigate, with good choice of 40x40cm tiles, which are hard to come by. Quick delivery and well packaged. Colour not quite as dark as was hoping but daughter pleased with the quick fix to finish a hearth.”

“Reale fast sevice quality its good aspect 1 think few boxes got broken tiles so in that situation if i dont a have inofe tiles i need order again and pay for delivery so i think who its bin packing any order should be more becearful what its doing and also not really nice delivery company , the driver first sad its not can delivry to the back house because its not a loud and also its not a loud touch tiles but 2 min later ask me to help him push out pup trolley and after all left on main road opposite my home anyway if im short tiles who will be paying this time for delivry and 4 box tiles?”

“Ordered tiles for whole of ground level in my house found total tiles to be the cheapest so went ahead with online order delivery was 2 days when arrived found several boxes of tiles broken so messaged total tiles and explained this along with pictures and they couldn't be more helpful and apologetic with no argument they sent me a reorder of all broken tiles within 2 days brilliant customer service and fast delivery in all wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys great...”
