“Haven't received my full order yet but was impressed with the full size tile sample and the speed that it was sent out. Being able to choose a delivery date for the tiles was also a bonus. Couldn't equal the cost of the tiles in any of the diy/tile shops we visited. Really impressed.”

“Absolutely brilliant sample service that has really given me the confidence to order tiles online from this company. I ordered several tiles from different companies - these were the best wrapped, quickest service, cheapest AND what I found really useful (and what some of the more expensive distributers didn't do) was stick a label on the tile with the tile name price and details - invaluable when looking at several tiles from several companies. Well done guys................You're THE BEST!! You'll be hearing from me soon.”

“First class service, had 3 broken tiles in my delivery. Emailed customer services and they had them replaced within a few days. Can't ask for more, plus the tiles were at a great price and look wonderful.”

“I bought a single tile for £2.99 simply as a measuring aid. The service was superb. The tile arrived in a large box beautifully wrapped in yards of bubble wrap. If the "project" goes ahead later this year I will most definitely use the company”

“Excellent web site to help you choose from the wide selection available. Good sized samples which you can safely use to select the one suitable to your taste unlike other suppliers who send you tiny "free" samples which are of no use at all. Prices are keen, staff are very helpful and delivery is within 2 days. A superb company I can recommend without hesitation to everyone looking for tiles.”

“Brilliant customer service, was very anxious about ordering tiles online but after having being sent a sample tile and the gentleman on the phone explaining everything to me I decided to proceed. A few of my tiles arrived damaged but that’s absolutely fine as total tiles was very quickly responding to my emails and have sent me replacements out. Would recommend total tiles 1000%”
