“Bought an underfloor heating system from Total Tiles. There was a minor problem with the heat sensor which was very quickly and amicably resolved. They seem a very professional outfit and I wouldn't hesitate from buying from them again - very pleased”

“I ordered some tiles back in Feb 2020. With Covid my work was delayed and it was November before I took delivery. Total Tiles were really helpful in keeping hold of them and sending out quickly when I needed them. 10/10 for price & service.”

“I ordered a sample tile, which is lovely. It came with free postage. I decided to order what i needed which was only 3 sq metres. Which cost less than £50. When adding the postage part that was going to add between £35 and £45 to the total. Unfortunately it made the tiles more expensive than i could afford so i didnt order. I did email the company to confirm the postage was correct and i did receive a polite swift response which was nice. Lovely tiles just a shame about the postage costs.”

“the best tiles I've ordered.brilliant quality beautiful colours. the best is the home sample SERVICE you provide. Claire was fantastic in arranging all this.. next day delivery is also unbelievable. the prices off the tiles are unbeatable cheaper than b&q and the QUALITY matches same as Victoria Plum so delighted thanks ever so much”
