“As far as tile samples go it was excellent to receive a full tile. I ordered samples from other suppliers, all I received was a 6’ strip which is hard to visualise. Small things make a big difference, I’ll most certainly buy from Total Tiles.”

“Due to an error on my part I had to phone Total Tiles to change my order, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. This is the sort of customer service which will keep me coming back and also recommending to family and friends. Lee who dealt with my problem was superb and a real credit to the company. Even though I changed my order they still arrived on time and in great condition. Top company!”

“Great shop with even better personnel who are knowledgeable, polite and there to help you ! I’m very happy with every thing! From choosing and buying tiles , cost ,on time delivery and most important tiles looks wow ! All I can say thank you Total tiles and it’s people for making my experience so easy !! Will Definitely recommend to friends and family and hopefully I can post my bathroom pics on their website. Thank you again! Dan B.”

“We were let down badly by DPD for the delivery of the samples from Total Tiles on several occasions, however Total Tiles Customer Services was absolutely outstanding, they made sure that we got our order in time for the tiling to go ahead, we don't leave many reviews but when we receive particularly bad or good service you feel compelled to pass the experience on, clearly Total Tiles are a company that really care about Customer Care !”

“Great service from Total tiles. Prompt delivery of sample tiles. Martin was very helpful and informative on the telephone and took the time to answer all my questions and offered some very helpful advice. Would not usually order tiles on line but I have been very impressed with the service so have just placed an order. Thank you.”
