“When tiles got delivered the driver had no fork lift working and had a sore hand so I and my my wife had to handball a full pallet. Also 3 boxes were cracked not happy really”

“Brilliant service. Next day deliver. I went for split face tiles for a dining room. Brilliant quality and they look fantastic. I originally ordered a similar tile from TOPPS tiles, far inferior quality than the ones we got from Total tiles plus there were so many faults with the ones from TOPPS hence why we got a refund. Plus Total tiles were half the price of TOPPS tiles. Excellent value for money”

“Fantastic service. I requested samples first and then placed an order. I was concerned about the delivery as we live in an apartment but my fears were allayed when I spoke to the incredibly helpful staff. Communication was good and the tiles arrived on time. Just waiting for them to be put up. The quality seems very good in comparison to others I looked at and very good value.”

“I ordered the tiles by phone and was impressed by the helpfulness of the agent who took the call.It the turned out that more tiles were needed and the same agent explained how to find the batch number of the tiles I already had to make sure the second lot matched. The bathroom is now tiled and I’m delighted with my choice. I would not hesitate to order from Total Tiles again.”
