“Whilst I think that total tiles have competitive prices, and have a great range of tiles and accessories, there turn around from placing the order to delivery is superb, but what lets them down in my opinion is the dispatch / packing department, my last order of only 2 items of which one was incorrect, and when the replacement item was delivered that was damaged.”

“I can’t recommend total tiles enough😊 The delivery guys lost my order and Alex without hesitation sent another pallet out straight away the same day... very efficient, very helpful and great prices too. “Beautiful Mocha porcelain tiles and even better porcelain skirting that complimented and completed a very unique retro style look for an old cottage. The only issue was the delivery attempted a day early than I had booked with a too large vehicle when I had specified a day and smaller delivery vehicle.. Quickly and effectively resolved. Of 90 tiles delivered only 2 with small chips and one that fractured. So glad I ordered a couple extra just in case. The tiles were very hard to cut but we were happy overall. The price was far better than others I had reviewed.”

“I'm no expert or authority on tiles by a very long way, but I can address the service at least. I had a good experience dealing with Total Tiles staff when making an addition to my order. The tiles I purchased were a good deal. I am currently attempting to create a pointing mortar for my exposed internal stone wall . The tiles have already made the grade so it's down to me for tying it all together. I have recommended Total Tiles to my neighborhood who as inspected the tiles that I have purchased.”

“I ordered samples on line, received large tiles that made all the difference in choosing what we need. Other companies only sent me 5 inch square samples in the post. TOTAL TILES sent me 600mm X 230mm . via DHL So a big Thankyou”
