“I'm no expert or authority on tiles by a very long way, but I can address the service at least. I had a good experience dealing with Total Tiles staff when making an addition to my order. The tiles I purchased were a good deal. I am currently attempting to create a pointing mortar for my exposed internal stone wall . The tiles have already made the grade so it's down to me for tying it all together. I have recommended Total Tiles to my neighborhood who as inspected the tiles that I have purchased.”

“I ordered samples on line, received large tiles that made all the difference in choosing what we need. Other companies only sent me 5 inch square samples in the post. TOTAL TILES sent me 600mm X 230mm . via DHL So a big Thankyou”

“Very helpful when ordering on the phone. Gave good advice to have a sample before ordering because it was a large order if I got it wrong. Good competitive price with quick on time delivery by very helpful delivery company driver.”

“Lovely tiles, delivered promptly. I noticed a few broken ones and called them for replacements, which they happily did after I had sent them a photo and batch number. They sent them next day delivery which was perfect so my tiler didn’t have any delay. Very efficient and responsive. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“The website is very good and the menu to select out choices of tiles was very clear and useful. The order placement was very easy to complete and communication was quick and precise via email. However, I did tick the box regarding a smaller delivery lorry request. This instruction appeared on the order confirmation and driver instruction. The lorry that made delivery was an 18t and not as expected a 7.5t which lead to a little frustration for me and the driver.”
