“Phone answered quickly,. Samples sent. Placed an order, they checked stock to confirm they could deliver delivery foc three days later on a well strapped pallet. What more can a customer ask, very pleasant staff even asked me what I was doing to ensure I'd ordered the correct tiles.. Thank you.”

“I ordered a tile sample after a recommendation from a friend. The sample was really inexpensive, and from ordering to delivery, the communication was fantastic. The sample arrived quickly and was really well packaged. It was just what I was looking for, and I'll definitely be putting in a huge order now. I couldn't fault the price, product, customer service or delivery. 5 star :)”

“Very fast delivery within 72 hours of placing my order and product was exactly as shown. My only problem was that 3 of my tiles broke in transit, but I guess that’s a given. Overall happy.”

“Excellent value for money. Great product, great price. Issue with delivery, tiles were smashed by a fork lift truck judging by the damage. Quickly rang and replacements were sent the next day, no fuss. Fantastic service all round”

“A very elegant, strong tiles. Love the colour and this tiles brings a whole new dimension to my bathroom. I bought the same tiles for wall and floor and I’m really happy with the way my bathroom is turning out. Never ordered tiles online but total tiles deserve full credit for fast delivery, on time and even checking up if order received with a simple phone call. Really happy and will defo recommend.”

“From start to delivery, excellent service. Ordered a couple of samples, which arrived a day later, beautifully packed. Went ahead with an order, all sales team very helpful. Tiles duly arrived on time and very well packed. As yet we haven’t checked all of them, but so far I can only praise.”

“I have no problem with the service from Total Tiles just the delivery - in fact, the ordering and promptness of getting my goods to the courier were excellent. Unfortunately, the courier let Total Tiles down quite badly. I was given an hour slot and as I was at home all day I wasn't particularly worried when the delivery time passed until I received a text telling me that they were sorry they missed and they would call again the next day. They could not have come to my property or read the instructions that I gave because I was working about 5 feet away from the door with a working doorbell. Consequently, I had to cancel my plans for the following day. I was not happy which is why I can only give 2 stars. Sorry”
