“With the plethora of choices out there how I even found Total Tiles when I would normally prefer to go into a shop is beyond me, but I'm glad I did, the website is easy to use, customer service and delivery are outstanding. Haven't had the tiles go up yet so I'm hopeful that I have ordered the right quantity, they look as good as good as they do online and I have now decided abasing carpet for the lounge and am going with underfloor heating and tiles. Would I like a discount for being a humbled customer? don't mind if i do. ;)”

“Tiles did not arrive when they said they would due to "spillage in van?I" So waited for them the next day but instead of tiles driver tried to deliver us garden furniture. No idea what's going on. I was reading they have come under new management since January - and it shows! I used them last year with no problems.”

“The service is fine, but the tiles are terrible. I ordered Rectified White Gloss Wall Tile 300x600, but there are lots tiles chipped on corners. It is also difficult to return them in general if you order online. Think twice if you order tiles online.”

“Recommend by a friend. Fantastic company, firstly the full size samples arrived within 1 or 2 of ordering. Ordered our tiles,they also arrived within 2 days, great customer service who rang to check the delivery address. amazing value, great choice, we will definitely purchase from them again.”

“From first contact with Alan at Total Tiles he could not have been more helpful, After giving him the dimensions of the bathroom he did the rest, if i had known about this company beforehand i would have ordered the underfloor heating from them. really good service plus the tiles arrived a day early.”
