“5 stars for Total Tiles, but lose a star due to their courier. Good prices & good quality tiles. Customer Services very helpful & rang back within 5 minutes with an update. Courier failed to turn up on booked day & did not communicate with me at all. Total Tiles were v apologetic & organised another delivery. Unfortunately courier decided to turn up on the wrong day & did not communicate regarding delivery until after they had been.”

“Spoke to a very friendly customer advisor who arranged for a negligible-cost sample to be sent by next-day courier. it was so much more realistic to receive a full-size tile than to choose off the screen. What an excellent service all round.”

“Tile sample wrapped in so many pieces of plastic and bubble wrap that I lost count. Really no regard for the environment, and the tile sample arrived broken anyway. The tile itself was good quality and what I was after, so will be ordering this as a whole, but hope that breakages aren't going to be an issue this time.”

Hi Owen Thank you for posting your review and we are really happy you liked the 60x40 cm tile you received. We wrap each sample tile with enough bubble wrap to ensure the full sized samples reach our customers in 1 piece, as you can imagine tiles are very fragile and although the amount of wrapping seems excessive our customers would prefer the parcel wrapped well rather than having damaged sample tiles, please except our apologies this did not happen on this occasion, we have refunded the original sample order and sent confirmation of this on a separate email for you. Please note, only sample orders are sent by this method using Dpd, all tile deliveries are sent out on a tail lifted vehicle and the tiles securely packed and wrapped on a wooden pallet. “Don’t get me started, tiles of all descriptions with samples available at reasonable prices delivered within the time stated A web site so easy to use and order from and again even pallet delivery in two days Wet room tiles done can’t wait to order the rest Oh did I mention the fantastic prices too I would recommend this company and it’s services to anyone Finally Thank You total tiles 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”
