“Very efficient service, tile samples arrived next day. Helpful site that calculates no. of tiles needed. Also reminders of grout, adhesive etc. Lovely selection, also helpful on the phone. Will recommend to others and use again. Thank you.”

“Tile sample wrapped in so many pieces of plastic and bubble wrap that I lost count. Really no regard for the environment, and the tile sample arrived broken anyway. The tile itself was good quality and what I was after, so will be ordering this as a whole, but hope that breakages aren't going to be an issue this time.”

Hi Owen Thank you for posting your review and we are really happy you liked the 60x40 cm tile you received. We wrap each sample tile with enough bubble wrap to ensure the full sized samples reach our customers in 1 piece, as you can imagine tiles are very fragile and although the amount of wrapping seems excessive our customers would prefer the parcel wrapped well rather than having damaged sample tiles, please except our apologies this did not happen on this occasion, we have refunded the original sample order and sent confirmation of this on a separate email for you. Please note, only sample orders are sent by this method using Dpd, all tile deliveries are sent out on a tail lifted vehicle and the tiles securely packed and wrapped on a wooden pallet. If you need anything else please do not hesitate in contacting us. Kind regards Total tiles

“Don’t get me started, tiles of all descriptions with samples available at reasonable prices delivered within the time stated A web site so easy to use and order from and again even pallet delivery in two days Wet room tiles done can’t wait to order the rest Oh did I mention the fantastic prices too I would recommend this company and it’s services to anyone Finally Thank You total tiles 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“I ordered on line and they were brilliant from start to finish! Ordered on Thursday - delivered by the loveliest driver on Monday - tiles look amazing fro my warehouse and I cannot rate Total Tiles high enough! Pricing was amazing and the tiles look incredible - IO had the wood effect porcelain planks tiles for the entrance hall - wow!”

“I'm really happy with every aspect of the service and the tiles. I spent a few hours researching different options online and came back to Total Tiles because the value for money was excellent. Customer service and delivery was all prompt and efficient. The tiles haven't gone up yet, but they look beautiful and the builder has confirmed that they are very good quality. Thank you!”
