“Extremely pleased with the service and quality of the tiles. They arrived undamaged and well packaged exactly as promised. Our. Builder had recommended a local supplier whose prices were 3x what we paid. Tiler also remarked what good quality ours were.”

“the prices seem the best I have found and my sample came within 2 days, I've chosen what we want but I'm glad I sent for a sample because the real tiles look different to their screen versions!”

“I ordered a sample tile which was huge! It came when expected in excellent condition and as it was just what I wanted I ordered lots more! Well done Total Tiles!”

“I got 425 of the large lime wash wood effect tiles. And they are lovely, the price was excellent, sadly a few of them were broken which I kind of expected with three pallets worth. More of a downside was that the delivery for such a large load was just to the kerb and my house is a good 50 yards back. Would have made it a lot easier had there been a forklift truck.”

“I had a problem with my delivery, I had ordered 12 large tiles 800x800 which came in 6 boxes, 2 in each box, but one box only had one tile in it. I contacted Total Tiles and told them, they immediately dealt with the problem and sent me the missing tile. The service is just brilliant and the tiles were excellent value for the money. Thanks to Jack, Johnathan and Matt, I would definitely recommend Total Tiles to my mates.”

“Excellent prices and a great range. Being able to choose your delivery date is really helpful too. I have used them several times now and am never disappointed. Just make sure you order all you need in one go. Deliveries are only via pallet so it does not make sense cost wise for very small top up orders.”

“Ordered the bits i needed for a wetroom. Had confirmation and follow up emails about dispatch times etc. I recieved a call from the driver on the day and he gave me plenty of notice. All in all great service and no waiting around..”

“Had the option to order online or by phone, the latter preferred by my husband. The man that took the call, couldn’t have been more informed and helpful. The order was easy and delivery was quick and reasonable price........well done to all at Total Tiles, would definitely use this company again.......many thanks from a very satisfied customer”

“We had endless problems with our order. Delivery not turning up on the selected day, no phone call, text message or email to say why or when they'd deliver. Then decided they would deliver the next day but couldn't have rang the bell, so no delivery again. Driver was making up problems saying I had no drop curbs to my property when I had 2! We have 2 entrances to my house so the driver could've easily drove on and off. Then when the tiles finally did get delivered the box was badly damaged. Upon inspection quite alot of the tiles were damaged too. So we contacted total tiles and they were helpful enough to send some more. Problem was they were damaged too, and so we had to contact them again. Mean while we've had to put off our trades people who were booked in to tile etc our bathroom. Overall total tiles were good in the respect that they send replacement tiles, it's just a shame that the delivery company they use let them down. Update: total tiles have kindly sent 3 spare tiles (incase of breakages in the future) free of charge as a way of apology”
