“I am very happy with my experience, above all with the quality of the tiles we received. The price was also very competitive, the delivery was quick, and the whole process was very easy from start to finish. The delivery itself was excellent too. The driver kindly brought the pallet of tiles inside the garage using the pallet truck, which was extremely helpful. On the day of delivery, I had to call customer service just to check the exact delivery time, as I needed to leave for the school run. I was also very impressed with the customer service. The person I spoke to was very helpful, checked everything for me, called me back, and kept me updated. Overall, I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company.”

“Having had delivery issues with other companies, I thought I’d try Total Tiles. Good move because ordering was simple, the tiles arrived exactly when I expected, all packaged well and with no damage. A seamless service, which is all a customer requires.”

“Saw the tiles I liked on line. Spoke to a really helpful and knowledgeable person who gave me a price for everything that I would need. No pressure & no hard sell. Got a sample tile organised which I am happy with. Going to place an order once my tiker confirms his availability.”

“Great products, great service and great prices. I have used Total Tiles over the last three years as we renovated our house. Wall and floor tiles for 2 bathrooms, one cloakroom, one porchway and a new kitchen. They have a great range of products in their Ipswich showroom and staff know their products well. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“What a joke, to go from a local stocked branch one day & disappearing the next. Having sent my customers in for years a courtesy message wouldn’t have gone amiss. The quality was t great and the same generic answer… it’s within tolerance was becoming grating. If you appreciate High damages, low quality…. This is the place for you!”

“Fantastic service & great prices. Visited the showroom to selected tiles for first project. But found using sample service was also satisfactory for second project. I have used Total Tiles 3 times now, service and prices have been excellent. I'd like to add a special thank you to Martin & Rachel who went the extra mile to sort out a problem when I stupidly order the incorrect shade of tiles. As they say measure twice cut once - also check the tile name twice when reordering, they can be quite similar :) - Thanks”

“Visited the Showroom in Ipswich to choose the tiles found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable they were delivered on time no problems driver very helpful would thoroughly recommend to friends and family will not be beaten on price very competitive excellent after sales service .”

“After calling their Ipswich branch on Thursday and asked them if they had their terracotta tiles in stock as shown on their website and confirming I took a trip to their Ipswich depot to pick up six on the Saturday before they closed at 4pm on arriving with a sample to match with I was told they had none in stock and they did not know when they were next due in , thanks for a wasted journey and I see that they are still advertising them as in stock on their website !!would not be recommending this branch”

“I paid for next-day delivery; however, it did not arrive the next day. I paid quite a lot of money. Don't be fooled. The customer service is very poor. Despite waiting all day, they did not bother to call in the morning about the delivery delay; only at 13:21 did they manage to give a call. Very disappointed. They are not capable in resolving customer issues from the minute they taken money , you will get only sorry and unfortunately .”

“The company were very helpful when my sister went to check out the tile I was considering. Free sample arrived quickly. Order was easy to place, best price tiles and shipping cost. Shipping arrived on day requested. Altogether a great experience and I saved about £150 for the same tiles and shipping from a company much nearer to London, where I live. Thank you Total Tiles, I love my tiles.”

“I have spent more than 1500 for tiles and when it arrived i found 14 piece of damage. When i called them they asked me to send proof and i did but they didn't offer me any refunds or anything. Definitely not recommend to buy online with them.”

“Brilliant experience from start to finish. I ordered 17sqm of slate split face tiles. The sample arrived the next day and once I'd confirmed I was happy with the sample, a palette with my tiles arrived two days after that. My Tiler made a mistake with the amount of tiles needed and Total Tiles couldn't have been more helpful trying to fix a problem that wasn't of their making. Good Company, Buy with confidence!”

“Great customer service and full size samples. The tiles I bought are excellent quality,great price and look gorgeous. Highly recommended. I used spare tiles as splashback. Tried to add photos but won't let me for some reason.”
