“I actually found the same tiles slightly cheaper elsewhere but after reading some reviews I decided to order from total tiles instead and finally I can prove to my husband reading reviews does matter . A few of my tiles arrived damaged , I phoned and spoke to Ben who was super apologetic and emailed me straight away to send pictures and arranged for replacements to be sent the very next day ! The customer service i received was excellent and shows you need to use reputable companies and these things can happen and was no fault of theirs and they fixed the issue super quick and saved me a lot of stress and phone calls . The tiles are lovely , good quality I would definaltley use again and reccomend this company . Thanks again Ben”

“I ordered a sample tile for my bathroom. I expected a small sample for the price I paid which included postage and packaging but when it arrived was full size! Amazing service, arrived very quickly giving me an hour time slot of when to expect it. It came superbly wrapped. I will be ordering very soon from Total Tiles.”

“Bought tiles for next day delivery and first delivery date available was four days later. Received confirmation of order and even received an email stating the tiles were with the courier and would be delivered on my chosen date. The following day I received a voicemail message telling me that my tiles weren’t in stock and would take another four days to arrive I had to cancel as I had a landscaper booked for specific days to fit with original delivery date Certainly not good customer service”

“I cannot recommend Total Tiles more. I had to contact them due to on line payment problem. The staff sorted the problem out promptly. Tiles arrived as arranged. Delivery charge very reasonable. Started fitting the tiles today and I am very pleased with them.”

“Ordered a sample tile and it was delivered very quickly and was packaged with care. I have now ordered the tiles with them, which I did over the phone. I spoke to Lee who was extremely helpful and even offered to store them for me until I was ready to take delivery. I will certainly use this company again. Very professional and extremely helpful.”
