“Ordered a sample. Was not in for delivery but a notice was clearly visible to leave in porch as was only away for a short time. Item left at a shop some 2 miles away for me to collect????? No option for a redelivery. Therefore poor score due to slap dash courier service”

“I have to write this based on the level of poor service they have provided. 1. Paid for a delivery (allocated time and date) no communication by call or email until I made contact yet was informed this was not turning up. 2. Waiting for items to be delivered as specified on their website contact one hour before service. This didn’t happen and the driver left this on the public highway, road side with no person to take this in (again communication) 3. Items left roadside had my sensitive details which should be held, stored and destroyed in a manner under policy. 4. Customer service in general handlers like to tell you how it is rather than actually listening or assisting. Irony is that they didn’t want to communicate that items are delayed or being delivered. 5. Informed by handler that the company cannot leave this road side and delivery would have to be re-arranged. Took time off out of leave, no delivery. Allocated certain date and time over a week in advance to tile over the bank holiday so we can move in prior to wedding no chance. Should have taken my details out of the package and left this in the road and not accepted it. This wasn’t handed too me or signed for by me and lucky I got back and decided to check. Positives Even though I cannot check every single item as getting married and away for a duration from tomorrow they first seem ok. Apart from a split back of adhesive but didn’t lose much. Hopefully when I check the items one by one they will all be crack/damage free.”

The points you have raised in this review are down to the service you received from the courier company who delivered your order. I can see our end that the goods were sent out on time efficiently and delivered kerbside as per our terms and conditions on our website. The customer service representatives did all they could to assist and find a solution that worked well for you. We liaised with the courier company directly on your behalf and provided you ETA's through voicemail as you were not directly contactable. We also provided you with all the information you asked for about the courier company after your goods were delivered, whilst refunding you the full delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill as the order was not delivered on time. Please let us know if you do have any damages to your order as we will replace/refund these on the next working day service completely free to you. “Delivery and breakages Shocking service over 20 tiles broke but that not the end of the world as I over order but I live at 93 the pallet got put on 91 drive a neighbour I don’t get on with and I was working 2h away when I got a phone call from my next door neighbour telling me to move the tiles of there drive right away I then had to drive 2h back from London to frome to move tiles what been put on the wrong drive meaning I could not book a days work in for that day meaning I lost £200 in wages then £45 in fuel driving up there then having to turn right around to come home to move tiles I then had to buy the neighbour a bottle of whisk and his wife a bottle of gin to say sorry for total tile and the delivery company they use mistakes as you can imagine the neighbour was fuming 😡 considering we don’t get on anyway so that mistake cost me close to £300 total shocking worked out very dear tiles in the end Order #1002225919 But must say it very fast delivery Shame it was not put on the right drive and delivered to the right address now £300 out of pocket Phone you back got told you was on the other line and you would phone back that was 11.10am it now 3.26pm and no phone call back finally got a call back at 3.50pm £300 out of pocket and got only the cost of the delivery back of £35 and so called a old lady said it was ok to put them on next door drive that funny as there is no old people who live here kids are 18 and 22 and that the only people in yesterday so very strange not happy at all considering how much I’m out of pocket would not recommend a big Fat 0-10. go to topps tiles a lot easier to deal with a bit more dearer but worth the cost due to the hassle you get with this company As said £300 out of pocket thanks to this company and a £35 delivery charge refund shocking considering this is there fault”

“Ordered full size sample of tile I thought we wanted. Tiles no good as turned out more grey tone than black as advertised. So glad I had the sample or it could have been a costly mistake. Sample well wrapped and delivered on day of my choice ..so overal excellent - just shame about colour.”

“Only ordered a sample for now but was very impressed. The item was dispatched the same day and arrived promptly. It was very well wrapped and protected. The item itself was a full size sample and excellent quality. Also much cheaper than alternatives I’ve seen in other shops. Will certainly be placing a full order sometime in the near future”
