“The service from Total Tiles was really helpful and accomodating but the Victoriana Encaustic Effect tiles themselves are a bit of a disappointment. The size and finish of the tiles is not very uniform and the glaze is very thin and fragile meaning that several are chipped already”

“I am really, really lucky, not only have I found the absolute best tiling company in the country but it happens to be on my doorstep and I can visit the showroom whenever I need to. The quality and range of tiles etc is unbeatable and the staff are brilliant - always!”

“Excellent, efficient service. Half my first order of tiles were broken in transit but the whole lot was quickly replaced with no quibbles at all. Mistakes are never a problem, it is how they are dealt with that matters and Total Tiles sorted it out brilliantly.”

“Ordered 2 sample tiles. Both came the next day. Excellent delivery time. Both samples were satisfactory and I am in the process of calculating the square yardage after which I will place an order. Excellent service!! Many thanks.”

“Can only comment on delivery as tiles are still packaged up. Ordering was very easy to do and delivery was on time. So far very pleased. Can comment further when tiles are opened ready to be laid”

“Very helpful on arrival - I knew what I wanted to see as had seen on website and the young man was very knowledgeable on products and trim finishes and grout - I saved over £100 by going to total tiles on practically the same product I’d seen else where - will be back for my next project !”
