“I ordered some samples of floor tiles and I must say I am pleased with the quality and prompt delivery. Once a decision has been made as to which type of flooring we use I will definitely be ordering.”

“Highly recommend this company, they know there product and go that extra mile to help. I was in a situation where the fitter never did their job properly so the warranty was null and void but these guys did everything to help, I’m impressed .”

“Lovely genuine people who really do want to help you make the right decisions. Lee has exceptional customer service and helped me all the way with choosing my tiles. His knowledge and patience was outstanding and he went over and above. I ordered so many different samples from different companies and Total Tiles came up the best price and quality. Just waiting on my beautiful tiles being delivered now. Would definitely recommend and order again.”

“Excellent customer service! Despite being very well packaged, a few tiles were cracked upon delivery. Total Tiles arranged for delivery of replacements that arrived less than 24 hours later. The customer care team were very helpful, efficient and accommodating. The process of ordering the tiles, arranging replacements and delivery were very easy and Total Tiles kept me updated throughout. The tiles are high quality and exactly as described/shown online. Highly recommend!”

“Great tiles, really good value. Wish they would stack them vertically on the pallet though, so they aren't so likely to all fall over when you cut the ties”

“Outstanding company, a pleasure to deal with. Ordered floor and wall tiles online, they were delivered when stated, not one tile was cracked. I had to call with a query and it was handled quickly, professionally and very friendly.”
